This was taken today in Seabrook for a photoshop final. I tried tilt shift and am almost satisfied.

This is stunning.

And crap, it was taken by a 15 year old girl, by the name of Eleanor Hardwick.
She also shot these.

Don’t even get me started.

Here’s my favorite photograph from this week:

Until next week, good night and good luck.

As most of you know, I embarked on a fairly ambitious project last week – to document my life with one self portrait every day of the year. Today marks the end of week one. Below is its compilation of photographs – click on each thumbnail to see the full-sized photograph and its description.
Also, here is my favorite photo from this collection:

See you next week!

Today was momentous. I started The 365 Day Project again.

Here are my accompanying thoughts:
“I can’t believe I’m doing this again.
And I am so excited about it. After disappearing from Flickr last summer when preparations for college began, I fell into a slump. I had the camera, but the desire was lacking. However, having been immersed in the creative world for the past few months, things have changed. It’s funny how a stimulating environment can make all the difference.
Also, I owe something to a friend, who is embarking on this project with me. Hopefully we can inspire each other.
Here we go again. Are you ready?”
You can follow me for the next year at flickr.com.

This was a crazy idea.
As soon as it came into my head, I couldn’t let it go. I think the way people choose to portray themselves is extremely interesting – and what could be better than a compilation of photos completely dictated by the minds behind them?
So, yes. All of the following photographs are profile pictures from Facebook. Almost all of them have never hung in a show, been reproduced and sold, gained fame, been printed in the newspaper, been added to a portfolio, or recognized as art. And they’re still fabulous.
